The defending CNPL champions, the Montreal Lions, are wasting no time reinforcing their title-winning roster, announcing the re-signing of standout player Louis-Charles Amyot for the upcoming C4 season of the Canadian National Pickleball League (CNPL).

Amyot, a key piece of Montreal’s championship run, returns to the Lions with his trademark composure, precision, and all-court versatility that made him one of the league’s most reliable and respected competitors. His ability to deliver under pressure, especially in clutch playoff moments, played a crucial role in securing the Lions’ 2024 and 2025 CNPL Championship banners.

“Louis-Charles is the kind of player every coach wants,” said Ernesto Fajardo, captain of the team. “He brings leadership, consistency, and a deep understanding of the game. Having him back gives us confidence as we prepare to defend our title.”
